Roads and infrastructure · 2023 – Present
A construction firm working with KeNHA and KURA — with a website that didn't say so.
The problem
JHNtracts had a real track record on major East African infrastructure — roads and footpaths built for KeNHA, KURA, and international contractors like CRBC. Their web presence didn't reflect that. The old site was a generic template that could have belonged to any small contractor, and buried the client roster where nobody would find it. When procurement teams and consortium partners googled them, the site actively worked against the pitch.
What we did
We rebuilt the site around what actually earns them the work: the client roster and the range of infrastructure they've delivered. Home page leads with the JHNtracts story and the calibre of clients up front. Services page breaks the capabilities out clearly — carriageways, roundabouts, footpaths, bridges, street lighting, car parking. Gallery gives the machinery and completed work real presence. Contact is direct. Written to match how their leadership actually speaks in the room, not the corporate cliché the old site had defaulted to.
Outcome
The current site did the baseline job for two years. A full redesign is now underway to push the presence closer to the calibre of the clients they serve.
