E-commerce · 2024
Needed a storefront that could actually take money and hold inventory.
The problem
Logued had grown out of a manual, DM-based selling flow. Orders were tracked in a spreadsheet, payments were arranged over WhatsApp, and inventory got out of sync whenever a stall sold the same item twice. They needed a real storefront that customers could use without needing to talk to anyone, and a back office that told the truth about what was actually in stock.
What we did
We built the storefront on a modern e-commerce stack, wired in local card and mobile-money payment providers, and stood up an inventory system that stays consistent across the site and their in-person stall. We also ran a light security review of the checkout flow before launch — payments is exactly the kind of place a small oversight becomes an expensive one.
Outcome
Launched in six weeks. Manual order handling dropped to near-zero within a month, and the team stopped losing evenings to spreadsheet reconciliation. The site continues on a maintenance retainer.
